Lottery Licensing Eligibility Application

Eligible religious, charitable and non-profit organizations may be licensed by the Municipality to conduct lotteries in Huron East.

 To apply for an Eligibility Review, an organization must submit the following:

• Lottery License Eligibility Review Application
• Organization's constitution and/or by-laws
• Detailed description of how the programs/services proceeds may be used for in the community
• List of current Board of Directors showing name, position in the organization
• List of Bona Fide Members
• Operating Budget for current year and previous year's Financial Statement

Once submitted, all Lottery License Eligibility Applications are reviewed by the Clerk to determine if eligible. Your organization will be contacted by email to inform you of your eligibility status. Once deemed eligible, your organization can proceed with a Lottery License Application as per the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) guidelines.
