Tax, Utility, & Zoning Certificate Online Request Form

The cost for a tax, utility, or zoning certificate is $80 per roll number, or $100 for a rush certifcate (1-2 business days). You can pay by cheque payable to the Municipality of Huron East or through accounts receivable. 

Please indicate the reference number (your firm's cheque number) and property address.

You will recieve a PDF version of your tax certficate by email with 5-7 business days.
